Nice to meet you!

I completed my Masters in Counseling Psychology at the Seattle School of Theology & Psychology. There, I was trained in a trauma-informed relational psychodynamic model of counseling. In a jargon-free way, this means that as a therapist, I believe that by honoring your pace, stories, and complexities, the therapeutic relationship can bring about change and healing to places once stilted by harm.

I completed the clinical practicum aspect of my graduate program in a community mental health clinic where I supported young adults and adults around grief and loss, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, identity exploration, life transitions, and trauma. Prior to my graduate school experience, I spent time providing direct care to youth in crisis, adults with addictions and women untangling disordered relationships to food and their body. My years in this field and experience in my own therapy have taught me the power and value of authenticity in relationship as a healing agent. As a therapist, I am honored to enter that space with my clients.

When not in the office, I enjoy curling up with a good book and cup of coffee, puttering about in the kitchen, and spending time with loved ones.

“When we liberate ourselves from the expectation that we must have all things figured out, we enter a sanctuary of empathy.”
