I work with clients on a weekly basis. Similar to building strength or cultivating a hobby, “showing up” to therapy is key. By establishing a consistent rhythm of contact, we are better able to build a sturdy base and relationship from which we can explore with honesty and do deep, meaning-making work. At certain points in the treatment process, meeting more than once a week may be helpful.

This first session is a time for us to chat about logistics, your hopes for therapy, my clinical boundaries, and will allow us to get a feel for what working together could be like. Initial sessions are billed at my hourly rate. If either of us decide not to work together at the end of this time, you will not be billed for the appointment.

$150 for a 50-minute individual session.
$190 for a 50-minute relationship session.

Fees can be paid by either cash, check, or credit card.

If you are interested in working together and the financial investment is a deterrent, please note that I do offer a limited number of sliding scale appointments to make care more accessible for folks going through financial hardship.

I have a 72-hour cancellation policy. This means that you are financially responsible for no-show appointments and any appointments cancelled within 72-hours of our scheduled appointment start time.
